    Pickup only — no drop-offs. Do not submit hard drives requiring destruction or containing sensitive data. Working drives are wiped at the warehouse and resold. Hard-drive policy.

    Include item types, quantities, condition and any damage. For access, mention stairs, heavy items, arrival instructions and restricted loading areas. Add your preferred date and any handling questions in the access details.

    Pickup is free for homes and businesses, with no minimum or maximum item count.

    Can I arrange a large or group collection?

    Yes. Use this form and include the approximate quantity, location and any loading requirements.

    What happens after I send the request?

    Shawn will reply by email to confirm arrangements. Wait for your collection time to be confirmed before setting equipment out.
