Contacting Second Circuit.
The phone link opens your calling application and the email link opens your email application. The pickup form accepts guest requests without a customer account. It stores your name, email, pickup location, equipment description, any phone/access details you supply, and optional photos in a private inbox for Shawn. Photos are converted to JPEG with embedded metadata removed.
For a pickup inquiry, share the equipment and collection details Shawn needs. Do not send passwords, drive contents or sensitive data. Contact (727) 314-8907 or email Shawn@secondcircuitsurplus.com with questions about information you have supplied.
Technical monitoring.
This website loads Axiom Era’s browser observer to report technical errors, failed resources, connectivity changes and recovery events. It reports the page route, error message and applicable status or timing information to Axiom Era’s monitoring endpoint.
The observer uses browser session storage to remember unresolved technical issues. It does not read form fields. Technical error messages and resource addresses can be part of a report.

The website is hosted by Axiom Era. Dashboard access is restricted to Shawn’s approved sign-in address. Request records and photos are included in backups. Email replies use Resend. Contact Shawn to ask about access to or deletion of information you submitted; no automatic deletion period has been configured.
